Time table for Meditation: stay with mind fullness

            Day 1
3:00-4.00 pm       travel to the place 
4.00-5.00 pm       Arrival, check in to the place unpack set up room, rest - afternoon tea  
5:00-6:00 pm       Introductory to the practice
6:00-7:00 pm       Afternoon chanting, Dhamma conversation
8:00-10:00 pm     meditation time
10:00 pm            Bedtime, self meditation on your own time

             Day 2
4:00-5:00 am       Wake up / shower yourself with “Sati” Mind fullness
5:00-5:30 am       Group Meditation
6:00 -6.45 am      Morning Chanting
6:45-7.15  am      Morning fresh air walk by walking meditation
7:15-8:00  am      Breakfast with your mind fullness “SATI”
8:00-9:00  am      Dhamma -talk
10:30-11.00  am   Offering food to the monks
11:00-12.00  pm   lunch with your mind fullness “SATI”
1:00-2:00  pm       Meditation Practice time with Walking meditation
2:00-4:00  pm      Sitting meditation time
4:00-6:00  pm      Dhamma conversation ,
6:00-7:00pm        Afternoon tea, free time
7:00-8:00pm        Evening chanting
8:00-10:00pm      meditation time
10:00 pm             Bedtime, self meditation on your own time 

             Day 3
4:00-5:00 am       Wake up / shower yourself with “Sati” Mind fullness
5:00-5:30 am       Group Meditation
6:00-6:45 am      Morning Chanting
6:45-7:15 am       Morning fresh air walk by walking meditation
7:15-8:00 am      Breakfast with your mind fullness “SATI”
8:00-9:30 am      Dhamma talk
9.30-10.30 am     Pack up, clean area
10:30-11.00  m    Offering food to the monks
11:00-12.00  m   Lunch with your mind fullness “SATI” / Depart ^/\^

General rules for all People attended this Meditation 
                Accepted the 5 rules of “Srin ha “or Eight rules (If you have health problem may have some afternoon dry food or snack) and follow this rules during this Meditation course.

               Keeping quiet and showing respect to the monks and other practices meditation is highly recommended during this time, Thank you for your co-operation
